One to One Yoga Therapy

As an ancient ‘science of the soul’ yoga is in a good position to be able to look at the whole person. Sally is trained as a professional Yoga Therapist by the Minded Institute in London and is qualified to work with trauma, specific diagnoses such as Parkinson’s, ADHD and other common complaints which make functional living difficult for many people.

Yoga therapy is very different to being in a class: you don’t have to be supple, good at yoga, have any experience of yoga or even want to do yoga!

Instead, you will work with Sally to discover your individual strengths and weaknesses in gentle, easy movements. Together you will discover your current stress levels and physical abilities and limitations. From this point you will find a way of putting together a simple movement and breathing practice that you can do at home. Sally will be using ancient yoga tools, backed-up by evidence-based science. This means that she will be mixing ancient and modern medicine together to give you the best chance of finding solutions to your pain, discomfort or restricted movement. Each session lasts for one hour and can be held in a therapy room or in the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to go to a class, the class will come to you, and will be just about you: totally tailored to your needs.
